Ned, the chocolate maker, has an insatiable appetite to learn everything he can about cacao, beans and chocolate. Many of our U.S. road trips include a detour to a fellow handcraft chocolate maker or to visit a chocolate factory. More recently, Ned's quest to learn more about the source of cacao has taken us abroad to live with a Mayan family on their cacao farm.
